ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) means we provide existing designs or develop new ones that you can brand and sell as your own. Both models are fully supported by POWERWORLD, and many clients combine elements of both depending on their product roadmap.

Yes. Our ODM engineering team can work from your product concept, performance targets or market requirements to develop a new heat pump design from the ground up. This includes thermal engineering, mechanical and electrical design, control software development, prototype building and testing. The feasibility and timeline will depend on the complexity of the requirements, which we assess during the initial engineering evaluation.

We support OEM/ODM partners targeting multiple global markets. Our engineering team provides technical documentation and guidance to assist customers in obtaining relevant certifications, such as 3C, CE, CB, PED, MES, RoHS, EMC, ErP, KEYMARK, and MCS, among others. Certification support services are incorporated into the project process, with the specific certification scope to be confirmed during the project evaluation stage.

Yes. Prototype and sample production is a standard stage in our OEM/ODM process. After the design phase, we build physical prototypes for performance testing, appearance review and your approval. Samples can also be provided for your own market testing or certification applications. Mass production only begins after the prototype has been reviewed and approved by both parties.

Quality is managed across every stage of production through our multi-layer quality system: incoming component inspection, in-process quality control, performance testing in our dedicated labs, refrigerant leakage testing, final inspection and pre-shipment QC. We operate 20 testing labs and apply strict process standards throughout manufacturing to ensure consistent product reliability.

Yes. We provide ongoing technical support to our OEM/ODM partners, including spare parts supply, remote technical assistance, installation and commissioning guidance, and training for your technical teams. On-site support can also be arranged for specific projects. Our goal is to be a long-term technical partner, not just a one-time supplier.
