What Are The Requirements For The Installation Position Of Variable Frequency Air Source Heat Pump

There are three commodities and seven installations in the field of air energy water heaters. The installation position of air energy water heaters is not very good, which will immediately endanger the actual effect of heating, increase energy consumption, and even reduce the service life of air heat pump water heaters. So, what are the regulations for the installation part of the air source heat pump?

1. The variable frequency air source heat pump unit shall be installed in an indoor ventilated area to ensure sufficient air inlet and outlet space. The air heat pump unit need not be installed in a closed or semi-closed space but should have sufficient air inlet and outlet heat transfer space to avoid short circuit failure of gas.

2. The variable frequency air source heat pump unit also needs to be prevented from being installed in areas with high-temperature corrosion and diamond-grade humidity. At the same time, the installation site need not be close to flammable, explosive, and fire-prone areas, and ensure that the installation site has sufficient maintenance space.

3. If the unit is installed on the roof, it should be installed above the load-bearing wall. If necessary, structural reinforcement measures should be taken. The unit should be embedded with a space of more than 50cm above the top and bottom, and the fin heat exchanger should also be embedded with a heat transfer space of more than 40cm above the wall. If the fin heat exchanger is too close to the wall, it will lead to heat exchange efficiency deviation. The air outlet direction of the air source heat pump unit shall be unimpeded for three meters to avoid air rebound and causing cyclone short circuit faults. The actual heat transfer effect is poor. If the air outlet direction faces the window, customers' rest will be endangered.

4. The air source heat pump unit must be installed with a steel support frame or a concrete stone pier base, and the shock absorption pad or shock absorption must be fixed firmly. It is prohibited to use a built-in wood base to prevent the base from rotting due to long-term application.
